Conducted an extensive usability review of the website www.cyberastro.com keeping in mind the business objectives of the organization, task flows on the site and usability issues.
project Details
Based on the primary user persona and mapping thier usage scenarios into the website IA and interaction. A detailed usability analysis report was created. The primary target user population–
Middle-aged women in the US (35 – 45 years old; who are lonely and/or are seeking reassurance in their lives.)
Middle-aged men based in India (35 – 45) who are going through a crisis in their lives and are seeking solutions.
General browsers who are curious about their futures.
The Key Usability Objectives:
- It is essential that the initial information provided is relevant and establishes a feeling of trust. If the information is inaccurate, users will not return to the site, avail of any of the paid services, and the site might get negative publicity.
- Provide fast and easy access to relevant information and pertinent services.
- Optimize the transaction process.
- Training will not be possible. The site must be self sufficient.
