UI Design : Auto Feedback

A feedback installation which can capture the visitors views and impressions in a least obstrusive manner. It was used for India2020 Exhibition @ NID(Dec, 2003). It allowed people to give a feedback on the exhibition and also captured snapshot of the visitors.

Requirements of the form screen:

• The user details like the user's name, contact info like address, home phone, office phone, mobile phone etc.
• The user's ratings for every concept developed
• The user's general comments about his experience and how was it different from what he imagined of India2020

Points of consideration:

• A feedback form should have minimal entry fields as possible because it is not a survey
• It is the electronic simulation of a register that is usually kept at the exit and is filled by the user manually and in hurry. Therefore it has to map the user's mental model of the register.
• There are many people who would be exiting at the same time and would like to fill the form. therfore, each user had to fill in with minimum time and effort.
• The look and feel was to have the identity of India2020.
• To look at the ease of use of the user while filling the form.
